In what geographical area are your traces conducted in?
We conduct traces throughout the whole island of Ireland.
How long does a trace take?
Depending on how much information you supply to us and how current it is, a trace may be completed as soon as 1 week but we aim to complete the entire process within a 6 week period.
What happens if you cannot trace the person?
Sometimes it is just not possible to trace a person. This could be down to the fact that the person has left the country or is au fait with the system and how to avoid showing up on any database. We will advise you of any information we have obtained even if the result is negative.
What information do I need to supply to trace someone?
We need the person’s name, address, telephone numbers and date of birth if possible. It is also an advantage to have as much information provided as possible eg.previous addresses etc.
Do you make contact with the person being traced?
We will only contact the person if you request us to do so otherwise the trace carried out will be of a discreet nature but this may also have an affect on the information returned to you.
How can I be sure you have traced the right person?
The various searches, checks and processes we perform ensure that the information we provide back to you is correct.
Will I receive regular updates on the trace process?
We can keep you updated on a regular basis either by telephone or email depending on your request.
How soon will I receive a report on the trace?
When we complete the trace process the report will be generated and this can be sent via email or by post.
How much do you charge for carrying out a trace?

Is the fee refundable if the trace is unsuccessful?
Unfortunately all fees are non-refundable.
